Welcome to the Gitanmaax Daycare.

Our daycare is a fully licensed infant/toddler child care facility located in Hazelton, BC.

We provide care for 16 children under the age of 36 months at our location at the Hazelton Secondary School site.

We provide a full curriculum that encourages the building of strong child development skills in line with the Early Childhood Education philosophy in addition to our focus on the Gitxsan Culture and language.

Hours of Operation:
8:15 am to 5:00pm
Monday thru Friday
Open 12 months of the year

Upon enrollment of children for daycare services, parents will be required to complete the required registrations, including applications for daycare subsidies from either/or the Ministry of Child and Families or the Gitanmaax Band Child Care subsidy program.

Priority space assignments
Priority will be given to parents who require full-time child care services

$500.00 per month — full-time
