Gitanmaax Annual General Meeting

Once a year, the Gitanmaax Band holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to present audited financial reports regarding band programs and services.
Information booths will be set up to provide updates on the Band’s programs and services. The Gitanmaax Health & Wellness Centre and the Gitanmaax Child & Family Services Department will also highlight their programs and services.
All registered Gitanmaax Band Members are authorized to attend this meeting. It is important to Chief and Council to hear from the Gitanmaax Band membership to provide collective guidance to your elected leadership. Chief and Council want to ensure that all members have a chance to express their concerns and ideas.
