GITANMAAX BAND - 2025 CHILDREN WINTER CLOTHING ALLOWANCE

Gitanmaax Chief and Council are proud to continue supporting families through the Application Form Program. This initiative provides a $250 allowance per registered child to help parents and guardians purchase warm winter clothing.


This program is available to Gitanmaax children living On or Off-reserve.


Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, children must:

  • Be registered with the Gitanmaax Band

  • Be between newborn and 18 years of age

  • Have one application per child, including their full registered name and registration number

Application Steps

  1. Complete one form for each registered Gitanmaax child in your care. If you need more space, include an additional form.

  2. Attach your banking information for direct deposit. If your banking details have changed, please provide a void cheque.

  3. Submit the completed application form via one of the following methods:

Important Dates

  • Applications that are approved by October 31, 2025 will be paid starting the week of November 10, 2025.

  • Deadline for applications: November 30, 2025

Note: Incomplete forms will cause delays and will not be approved. Please ensure all required information is provided and monitor your email for correspondence from Gitanmaax staff.
